Can you please reserve me 120 laptop computers (Samsung, Model NP300A, Sp. HD 500GB, RAM4GB, 2.4GH, 15.6’) that CIA Telecommunications purchased on Sept 12, 2013? After observing its excellent performance in terms of its high booting speed, non-reflecting display and its ability to run for over 20 hours without the processor heating up, the Board of Directors after consultation with the procurement department has decided to use only Samsung NP300A in all the offices.
We needed around 139 pieces to use in our main office and branches across the nation. Unfortunately, only 19 pieces were available in your stores. We are not intending to seek supplies from other outlets since you have been selling us reliable products for long. Therefore, we request you to place orders on the remaining hundred and twenty Samsung laptops and make them available for us within the next seven weeks.
